Random BSOD almost every day
For the past few days, I have been getting the BSOD randomly at least once a day. I'm not sure what's causing it. It mostly seems to happen while doing stuff online, like watching a video or playing a flash game. Just a bit ago, it happened when I tried to open Google Chrome (I normally use Firefox, I actually clicked Chrome by accident and it crashed) Things usually work good for over half a day before it happens.
Here's the error details:

I do have an idea as to why this may be happening, I recently neglected to install 2 Windows Updates, because I have heard they give people problems. The updates in question are KB2807986 and KB2840149. I've been fearful to install them due to the reports I've heard, such as peoples computers being unable to shut down or boot up properly, dropped internet connect, etc. Is this a possible cause for the frequent BSOD?
EDIT: My antivirus programs are Avast, Malware Bytes and Spybot: Search and Destroy. I am aware antivirus programs can cause something but I have used these for a long time and experienced no problems from them. Also, I will run full scans with each to make sure it isn't a virus or malware causing my BSOD problem.
