IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (0x0000000A) error message and then it reboots

I get the error message irql_not_less_or_equal (0x0000000A) message and then after about 30 seconds it reboots itself and it does this every time... even after unplugging it. I tried starting up in safe mode and then everything was fine. Anyone have any ideas?? Thanks.
