BSOD Winxp 64bit, Win7 Pro 64bit many error codes

    Hi every one,

i have this machine which is causing too much headache for me,

this machine was having Windows XP 64 Bit,
and it had a lot of BSOD crashes, then i just decided that it's the time to make the move to Windows 7 for this high performance machine, since i was not able to upgrade to Windows 7 because of some applications just working on Windows XP 64 Bit, but now there is a copy of it,

Any way i'm still having those BSOD crashes,
I have replaced the SSD 500GB hard drive with another regular hard drive with no results,
tried to remove and install nVidia Driver,
tried to install a different version of that driver with no results,
tried to remove McAfee AV and installed Kaspersky Internet security 2013 also no result,

now i have grabbed all the data using SF Tool, and i really hope that u can help me with that issue.

    thank you

    - you have Bugcheck 116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR
you may want to read this first STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting

    Code:
    BugCheck 116, {fffffa800acaf010, fffff8800592c134, ffffffffc000009a, 4}

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
    Probably caused by : nvlddmkm.sys ( nvlddmkm+8e4134 )
You can either try updating your NVIDIA drivers, or roll back to the most stable release (preferably WHQL'd)

    - Uninstall your KIS 2013 as it's causing BSOD
    Code:
    BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff88003594fa9, fffff88004409740, 0}

    Probably caused by : klif.sys ( klif+95fa9 )

    Followup: MachineOwner
    klif.sys - Driver Reference Table
you can use the tools here Uninstallers (removal tools) for common antivirus software - ESET Knowledgebase

    -
    Code:
    fffff880`038cba08 fffff880`04546802Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\klim6.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for klim6.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for klim6.sys
     klim6+0x2802
This is part of KIS 2013, and apparently messing with your TCP/IP connections, which is in conjuction to:
    Code:
    fffff880`038cb9d8 fffff880`05b4784fUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\yk62x64.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for yk62x64.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for yk62x64.sys
     yk62x64+0x1884f
    Marvell Yukon networking
after uninstalling KIS, update that driver Marvell - Support

    - I see your MSINFO file is empty. can you reattach it again?

    - If you overclock, return to your original settings
Overclock can cause many case of hardware problem from overheating and such
    Code:
    CPUID: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 975 @ 3.33GHz"
    MaxSpeed: 3330
    CurrentSpeed: 3450

    Dear cipley,

Please notice that most of the issues dated on 14/may caused by driver verifier which i turned on for testing
and regarding kaspersky this AV i installed instead of stupid Mcafee one week ago, and it doesn't seems making any troubles but the BSOD i'v got because of it i think it's because of the Verifier that was turned on,
Any way i'v did the rest of steps you advised, i'v checked my NVIDIA drived it's the latest WHQL driver,
And bios overclocking settings to be auto instead of 1800 MHZ and i did a memory check on memory test x86

but still getting BSOD but now for another reasons as in "Who Crashed" Report, The new report is attached.

I'm really confused about that, Replaced (windows, hard drive, AV, Display adapter driver) what do i have to replace also to make this PC work, i'm really confused about this situation and my manager is mad of this matter

i'll be really thankful if you figured out the issue, this is a high performance machine and should not go through this issues because it's the most important machine in the office.

and thank you again for your time
