I'm sorry but your error code, the BSOD like your one (9F) is not always easy to solve

It happened again. I could not upload all of the files because it could not find "C:\Windows\msinfo32.nfo".

Any idea how to fix my "Standard PS/2 Keyboard" driver? It was shown under "Blue Screen Troubleshooter" in "My Dell" program. I attached a pic.

Well...Start with a clean install of windows.
Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
Let us know if the problem persists even after a fresh reset.
