    Random Blue Screen or shutdown

    Hello,

Since I few weeks i've been having problems with my PC. At random moment the pc shuts down or a blue screen appears. I haven't installed any new software or hardware since this problem.

When the pc restarts after a blue screen, a message appears "reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press any key". Other times the screen just freezes and i have to restart manually.

I've done multiple test for errors in memory etc. but this didn't help me find a solution.

Please, does anyone recognize this problem and knows how to fix it?
I've added some pictures of system info and blue screen, if any more system information required let me know.

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi,

Please reconfigure windows to collect the correct info
You want small memory dumps - "MiniDumps"

And here are the instructions for posting:

       Tip
Ensure you click the "GRAB ALL" button and then wait for each window to appear in turn and then click OK

Thanks Dave, I've followed the instructions and i'll wait now until the next failure. But, i was searching for a dump file before, but can not find a folder with minidump. I've changed the directory so maybe i can find it then.

Thanks and i'll reply as soon as i know more

    Navigate to:

    C:\windows\minidump

If the files exist then run the SF Tool and post up.

    cheers
