according to the search result this was on my desktop in the SF file. I seem to have two desktops; how is that possible?

I've answered my own question to some extent: by following that file location backwards I discovered it was on D/users/keith/desktop but there was nothing else there.

Hi,

Okay...can you tell me what drivers you have updated from the analysis i have given you?

Update the Debut app, as it is most likely related to the NCH Software,
this is probably what the driver debutfilterx64.sys is referring to.

That was my thinking too and I have updated Debut. I suspect this all came about because I removed the redundant (Quick Launch) additional options such as Videopad etc. I'll wait and see if the problem has gone. Incidentally: the Saitek software is used by Google Earth, which is notoriously unstable and crashes on a regular basis despite all attempts to repair it.
