BSOD playing Assassins Creed III and Bioshock Inifinite

My computer keeps restarting during my gaming. I recently built this computer and it is the first one I've ever personally owned. I tried using the wndbg to figure out what is causing the issue but from what I can tell it is being caused by hardware. The issue that I am having now is that I can't figure out which piece of hardware is causing the crash. I stress tested my cpu, ram, and my gpu. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am super frustrated over spending so much on a computer that can't even run games.

It appears that this install of windows is counterfeit, the Product ID is an MSI product ID as is the SLIC table while the base board is an OEM Asus Board, that is only possible for this to happen through a hackers exploit, please purchase a legal copy of windows, format your drive and install with a legal copy of windows.

Can you tell me whether or not that will solve the issue or are you only allowed to give advice about properly licensed windows? I just ask because I did pay someone to install this for me and I was unaware that it was a counterfeit copy. I am willing to guy purchase a copy, but I would like to know if there are still going to be other issues.

That's rather hard to tell it may or may not persist beyond a Legal install, hacked installs are unpredictable so it could be the source of the problem to begin with, there is no point in even trying to diagnose a problem with such an unpredictable nature.
