    CPU Intel i7 4th gen
    Motherboard Asus z87 a
Memory corsair 16 gb 4 gb each

Its looks like you are using an ACER OEM on a retail motherboard. Please do this:

    1. Download and save this tool to your desktop:
    http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012

    2. Run the tool, and then click Copy - ignore any errors if they appear

    3. Use CTRL+V to paste the unedited results of the tool here in your next reply

Unfortunately, your installation is a counterfeit ACER OEM activated an a retail motherboard using a hackers activation exploit.

My recommendation is to use a genuine Windows 7 installation to minimize the issues you are experiencing, and to continue to receive support on the forum.

    Good luck,
    Golden

Get a Home Premium - you dont need an Ultimate in general.
