BSOD playing League of Legends, error 3b.

Help please! I'm not an expert with computer software, but I am comfortable enough to try almost anything.

I've been having this problem which started out with my computer completely stalling/hanging for a while, then continuing with a single toned beep for the past couple of months. I figured since it only happened once in awhile when chrome was loading a new page, it was no big deal.

Then recently in the past week, my computer screen went back and gave a message that said "AMD display driver has stopped working and has successfully recovered". I completely uninstalled all AMD drivers with a reboot and reinstalled only the essential ones.

Now just today, my computer blue screened twice within 12 hours. I couldn't grab the error message of the first one as that was my first blue screen in 10 years, but the second one clearly said 0x0000003b (not too sure how many zeroes there were).

I have tried some other forums but they only responded with some outdated drivers, but there was no solid answer that I was comfortable with other than GPU/PSU/Mobo physical defects.
