    Safe mode- not bootable

I cannot boot in safe mode.
As soon as I log on the BSOD comes.
Can you suggest how to update in command prompt recovery console?

I think it is same solution to reinstall SATA RAID Driver but how to do it from command prompt or recovery console mode of windows 7 ,since I cannot boot even in safe mode.
I even did all memory test, there is nothing wrong with hardware as all tests passed.
Did you get to resolve this error ?

Has anyone actually solved this yet? I have a new Dell XPS 8300 that has crased with the same error. Crashes even in SafeMode.

I've also reloaded a previous known working OS from a ghost image from a week ago and I still get the same problem.

    Startup Repair

If problem persists, try this: Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times (Do Method 2, please)

Well I had to delete the partitioned hard drive ,format it & reinstall whole OS.
All options of repair failed & finally a Dell online technicinal advised me to do so,as nothing was working out to
    resolve this error.

Well I could not restore dell System partitions. I had to reinstall all programs which came factory installed.
Only program I could not re-install was Dell Data safe backup software as each time reinstalling it keeps looking for dell factory installed partition. Hence I could not recover my back up data made by dell data safe.
I would suggest you keep the dell factory partition intact & only reinstall Windows on logical partition where windows is currently installed.
