    amd data change update new data to dmi


    Need help.. when I turn my pc on itll load windows then shuts down with a really quick flash of BSOD.

    Then says "amd data change update new data to dmi"

    Ive put the window 7 disc in and I just get the compatibility report screen! Help?

    have you tried resetting the bios by clearing the CMOS... Removing the CMOS battery

    I've removed the battery from the motherboard, but not very technical with things like that...
    How do I clear the CMOS?

    Also aswell when I put my windows 7 disc in to reinstall it says 'compatability report' says to shut down pc and its just stuck in a loop.. Won't let me upgrade so i won't loose my data..

    Seriously need help, No idea what to do !?!

    First power off the system and then remove the battery, wait for few min and then put it back again ... restart you system and accept the default values..

    Did that and nothing. Installed windows 7 32bit on a 64bit.. its running but getting hdd error. Running dsk 5hing and ill post log here.
