The zip you uploaded does not contain any crash dump.
Follow it: Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD
Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.
Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.
Dont run any disc cleanup program before you upload another zip.
It's best to configure for a Kernel Memory dump to be saved instead of a Minidump when analyzing Stop 0x101's, since more suitable extensions and commands can be used.
Upload the Kernel Memory dump to a free cloud-based file sharing site such as Dropbox or Skydrive, then post the link to the file in your next post.
Sorry i gave you the wrong thing. Here are the mini dumps.
Update BIOS -
Have you configured to a Kernel Memory dump now?Code:0: kd> !sysinfo machineid Machine ID Information [From Smbios 2.5, DMIVersion 37, Size=979] BiosVendor = Phoenix Technologies, LTD BiosVersion = 1.00 BiosReleaseDate = 10/23/2007 SystemManufacturer = MICRO-STAR INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD SystemProductName = MS-7331 SystemFamily = SystemVersion = 1.0 SystemSKU = BaseBoardManufacturer = MICRO-STAR INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD BaseBoardProduct = MS-7331 BaseBoardVersion = 1.0
During the wait for a Kernel memory dump to be produced, you may want to check for a BIOS update.
OK I will update BIOs. and if the problem still persist i will let you guys know!!!!
Guys i really can't find from which series my motherboard belongs to??? I would really appreciate if you can help me find my computer series. I have a doubt that it is hetis 900 series.
It is Intel Dual Core.
Not the CPU, but the motherboard. Chipset type. If you have a confusion, check in the manual, and upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.
- Click on the start button
- Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
- File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
- Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
- Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.
