BSOD every hour or so

Hello,

I get a BSOD after having my computer (windows 7 ultimate X64) on for about an hour to an hour and half. I get the following message: "a process or thread crucial to system operation has unexpectedly exited or been terminated".

It doesn't matter if my computer is under stress or not, if I leave my computer idle (even in safe mode) it gets the same BSOD after an hour. The same happens when I play an intensive game (such as battlefield 3 or dark souls or what.

Just before I get the BSOD, my SSD with windows 7 on it will hang and stop working.

I hope you guys can help

Well I had some problems with my activation for a while now, but I kinda ignored it because it didn't cause any problem for me, while this BSOD-mess just started yesterday. Do you think these two events are related?
