BSOD on Samsung Ultrabook Ubuntu-dualboot, no idea why

My few months old Samsung Ultrabook has started randomly BSODing, sometimes it takes a while to happen and sometime it's twice a day. Usually it happens while I'm watching Blip-videos, but I do that a lot, so I'm not sure if it has anything to do with that.

I'm running a dual boot of Ubuntu inside Windows, so this is only a minor setback because I use Ubuntu for anything important anyway, but I would like to keep using the windows portion for games.

Thanks for help in advance, and if there is anything I missed, please let me know.

Your Intel(R) Wireless WiFi Link 5000 Series Adapter seems to be causing a few issues and is a potential cause, the driver is rather outdated, therefore please update the driver to the latest version from here - Intel Support Page

Thank you, I'll update it right away.

"don't take it personally, babe, it just ain't your story" is a freeware Visual Novel.

I wasn't able to update the driver. When I tried using the inbuilt updater (control panel -> update device drivers) it said my driver was "Intel(R) Centrino(R) Advanced-N 6235" and that it was already up to date, and when I tried to find a download link on Intel's site I ran into a "Page Not Found". Has Intel stopped online help for this driver, and is there another way to update it?

Have you tried going to the support page for your model?

I think I managed to do it with Driver Update Utility. Is there a way to check if I did it correctly? Because when I try to check the driver it looks like this:

It looks updated, you can check the driver version with the version displayed on the support page.

The first parameter or argument has the value of 0x0, which is a Machine Check Exception, which means the CPU has detected a hardware problem and the address points to a processor error because the CPU has found one, so it could be a different form of hardware which is causing the issue.

In such a situation, it is best to use these steps:Enable "Round off checking" before the test (see first post below tutorial). All the hardware seeming to be running stable and tests reporting no errors, could mean a bad motherboard.

Update:

Code:
1: kd> lmvm intelppm

Please update your chipset driver, it seems to be possible a cause and may be outdated, first check the Intel Support Page, and if no available update can found from there, then check your Samsung Support Page.
