Havent read all your earlier posts .... too lot to read for me. Just gone through the files you uploaded.

First create a system restore point manually.

Then Use AMD Catalyst Un-install Utility to uninstall the display driver installed.

Update your ATI/AMD display driver.
You can get it from the link in our forum, Latest AMD Catalyst Video Driver for Windows 7, or you may go to AMD Graphics Driver and Software and opt for Automatically Detect and Install the appropriate driver for your card.

During installation, opt for advanced installation, and install the display driver only, not the Catalyst Control Center.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

ARC Good afternoon, I have completed all tasks you asked.
I removed the drivers, with the uninstall utility is very easy. I restarted, automatically sought new video drivers, I installed the drivers but not the catalytcs center.

There was one who did not know whether to install the HDMI audio, no audio using HDMI on the laptop.

I updated the dirvers network card.

The memory and I tried. It is completely new like the hard drive.

And I've done the test the graphics program has gone well and gained a 88 degrees Celsius and that the room is now 28 because it's hot here.

not if you want to drop everything well and see how the team responds or want to activate probocar verifier for failure to see what happens.

Thanks for everything
Good afternoon
attentively

Well done.

Now wait and observe how it is running. If it BSODs again, let us know by uploading the Diag tool output.

See in Control Panel > Programs and Features that you have CCC installed or not.

good morning.
Yesterday afternoon I'm frozen with the screen off.
Today when I was scanning some documents, blue screen again.

I have seen the ruling refers to win32k.sys

when I look in the bluscreenview information, I see no reference to this library/controler, but if I look at the dell diagnostic tool, he says:

The driver "unknown" c: \ windows \ system32 \ win32k.sys seems to have caused a system crash.

I upload the file generated with your wonderful utility.
Having good morning

PDTA. once I pass something with this driver on XP and remember to delete the library, the generated windows again, remove the virtual memory, and then activate it, and resolved.
(I think)

Your crash dumps are not showing any finite probable cause. In such a situation, it is better to enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

information   Information
Why Driver Verifier:
It puts a stress on the drivers, ans so it makes the unstable drivers crash. Hopefully the driver that crashes is recorded in the memory dump.

How Can we know that DV is enabled:
It will make the system bit of slow, laggy.

warning   Warning
Before enabling DV, make it sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer. You can check it easily by using CCleaner looking at Tools > System Restore.

If there is no points, make a System Restore Point manually before enabling DV.

Tip   Tip

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

Good afternoon I activated the driver verifier.
in 20 minutes the team has been frozen.

No blue screen error occurs.
But in the APPCRASH, if you picked up a few things.
I upload the txt to the report

I continue with the verifier until we have more data
thanks

If DV is not causing BSODs, disable DV, and plan for memtest using memtest86+.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

Observe if any red lines are coming on the screen or not.

good morning.
I left it all night with videos and orking positions and nothing, no blue screen.

The memories and hard disks completely new and recently changed.
with the tests performed.

The test dell sometimes I said to one of the USB ports could not be verified. sometimes passes the test well.

In the case of the reports has been Kingston who has sent us the specific to this laptop.

I have been in contact with Dell service, they charge me € 240 for sending the Laptop for a checkup.

For now I'll keep watching as advancing the issue, I can not be 10 days without laptop.

But this is me and looking very strange.

To you it happens that when you take away the Malwarebyte memory, the computer remains frozen. ?

Have a good day
thank you very much for everything
