    I've installed the oldest driver but still got the same blue screen after 10 minutes of use, so I'm back to square one

    I am guessing the system is still infected.

    Have you run TDSSKiller already? Try it one more time. If still the situation is the same, go for a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

    When I finish the memtest I will run TDSSkiller, I already ran the other anti-malware and it deleted 8 infected files, if the TDSSkiller doesn't work, I'll do a factory OEM and post the results here, thanks!

    The TDSSkiller didn't found anything, so I guess the next step will be a clean install, I'll start now and post the results in a moment

    so, I did a clean reinstall, only this time I installed windows 7 professional, while performing windows update I got blue screen twice, both saying "page fault in nonpaged area", the third time it updated correctly but I'm not really sure that the problem is solved
