BSoD after closing full screen applications

Getting it for quite some time now, mostly for games. I started just going to the task manager and close the exe instead of exiting the games properly from the fear that ill get that BSoD.

I've also ran memtest (since google suggested it might be a RAM issue) and I let it run for over 5 hours with 5 passes and 0 errors, which is enough to be confident that it isn't the issue.

    Will appreciate any help, Thanks.

The issue is still ongoing, would be great to have some BSOD guru replying. ^^
