BSOD while playing Age of Empires II HD

It seems to be a common issue, here is what I find from the HP Support Forums: "Error sending end of post message to ME" - HP Support Forum - 432343

Do you get any beeps when turning the computer on? Other forums have all suggested it part of the POST message system, which is when the BIOS detects hardware is causing problems.

Regarding the temperatures, the laptop does seem to get quite hot during gaming.

No, I don't get any beeps when turning the computer on.
And about the temperature issues, is there something I can do to cool it better or make it not get that hot? Are these temperatures dangerous for my system and/or are related with the crashes/BSOD's/reboots?
Also, although I didn't have any BSOD's yesterday while playing, I did get several ones today while playing and following reboots originated by crashes/reboots.
I though that updating the drivers would make things a lot better, but it seems that I'm wrong.

    Sorry for the slow reply,

The temperatures could cause some damage in the long-term, do you have a cooling pad? Have you cleaned inside the case and vents with a can of compressed air?

Please upload the following dumps too.

Yeah, I got a cooling pad. At first, my laptop would shut down quite frequently because of overheating, until I decided to buy a cooling pad; although it would break after a couple of months, and the overheating shut-downs would start over again. I bought a second cooling pad and, so far, no more overheating issues have occurred (although, recently, the computer would get hot nonetheless).
I talked about the issue with a friend that knows a bit about computers and told me that BSOD's and crashes are often caused due to the lack of maintenance (both software and hardware-wise), and most commonly, due to long-term overheating damage and not cleaning the system's internal fan from time to time. Is this true?
I have also tried to dust the vents with compressed air, but it seems to have very little effect, and according to some info I found at the web, and some videos, it is necessary to physically open up the laptop in order to clean the internal fan properly.
Anyways, I got a couple of crashes, BSOD's and sudden reboots today, so the dump files are from today.
    Thanks again.

BSODs can be caused by overheating and damage to the hardware from long-term overheating. Open the case, you can find a guide on how to open your laptop, mostly by just searching your model name with "how to open case/dismantle", then clean the fans with a can of compressed air.

    Code:
    BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff880010551d3, fffff88008a6f980, 0}

    Probably caused by : memory_corruption
    Code:
Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, memory
    Code:
    CHKIMG_EXTENSION: !chkimg -lo 50 -d !fileinfo
        fffff880010551d6 - fileinfo!FIStreamGet+1d6
    	[ 24:20 ]
    1 error : !fileinfo (fffff880010551d6)
There does seem to be some memory_corruption, either the RAM module holding the driver has become corrupted, the driver itself is damaged or the hard-drive may be failing.

Ok, I ran the SFC with the /verifyonly command and said that it found integrity infractions. So here is the sfcdetails.txt with the results:

Should I run the /scannow command instead?

Use the /scannow switch like so:

    Code:
    sfc /scannow
This command will attempt to fix the corrupted files, you may need to run the command three separate times with reboots in between each scan.

    Code:

Well, I have already done the 3 scans, with reboots in-between them, and it always told me that Windows was uncapable of repairing some of the damaged files.
    Here is the new sfcdetails.txt:

Sorry for the slow reply again, I've had Internet issues, the router messed itself up somehow,

I would suggest trying a Repair Install, if that doesn't fix the files, then I'll another member to produce a script to repair the files.

Hello, sorry for such a long absence; I had final exams during the past week, so I was very busy.
Also, after the SFC runs everything has been working flawlessly. BSOD's, crashes and reboots haven't occurred since then, even while playing. Thanks a lot for the help and the general advice.
However, since everything has been alright so far, I haven't done the Repair Install you suggested in your last post, so, should I still go for it?
