BSOD after resuming from Sleep
This is my first time here so please forgive me (and feel free to correct me) if I'm doing anything incorrectly. I've been Googling this problem extensively, but haven't been able to find a fix.
I'm getting an oddly inconsistent BSOD when my computer resumes from Sleep. But it doesn't happen every time. Most of the time it resumes just fine but every few weeks I get this BSOD. When the error occurs my computer semi-resumes when I move the mouse, but it seems like it goes back to Sleep again after a few seconds of activity. Then it resumes again and this happens back and forth several times until the BSOD appears. Each time it resumes I only have a few seconds of functionality before it goes back into Sleep. Sometimes I can reboot before I get the BSOD, but it inevitably comes up when the computer is in the final stages of shutting down.
The error says:
Stop: 0x0000009f (0x00000004, 0x00000258, 0x85bc4020, 0x8315fb24)
I used the SF Diag Tool to attach the Dump File and I have Win configured for a Kernel Dump, I hope that's okay! Please let me know if there's any info I may have unintentionally left out. Thank you in advance for all of you help!!!

The BSOD is caused by Display Link USB to video Download.
8d52b6ac 8b801100Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\dlkmdldr.sys, Win32 error 0n2 *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for dlkmdldr.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for dlkmdldr.sys dlkmdldr+0x1100
And, Disable USB Selective Suspense too.
USB Selective Suspend - Turn On or Off
For the other USB devices, first, detach all the USB devices other than the keyboard and mouse.
Then, Update the drivers for them all, including the keyboard and mouse, if any third party drivers are installed for them.
Avast is also failing there.

Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.
Let us know the results.
