Blue Screen issues at every startup

Having a very difficult time fixing a windows 7 machine, I have spent quite a while on this and still have no idea what the problem is!

Every time i boot up into windows normally or "Safe Mode with Networking" the computer will go blue screen... this happens at varying times, including before i finish logging in, to about 3 minutes after booting up.

I was told that this machine took updates a day or two before it started happening.

    What i've done so far:

    diabled network card
    restore point
uninstall graphics drivers and unplug video card (used integrated graphics)
pulled ram out and inserted one at a time
browsed through some logs including the SF stuff
    - lots of errors from sidebyside adobe
    - some indexing errors which i think may have come up after it started blue screening

I wasnt using this computer when it started happening and i do not really trust the story of the person it started happening to (user ignorance as well as just might not being honest).

The BBCP codes seem to be different from BS to BS

    Any help would be appreciated!

    EDIT:

The machine will not blue screen while in safe mode

    Security App

Crashes indicate Bit Defender 2010 being a possible cause. Remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials to see if it provides more stability. Uninstallers (removal tools) for common antivirus software. Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes are recommended from a strict BSOD perspective. They do not cause blue screens on the system as other AV products do.

       Information
    • Do not start the free trial of MalwareBytes, unselect that option when prompted.

Please uninstall all AMD/ATI video stuff from Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program
Then, download (but DO NOT install) a fresh copy of the ATI drivers from Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD (in the upper right corner of the page) Use this procedure to install the DRIVER ONLY: ATI video cards - DRIVER ONLY installation procedure

If the device (AODDriver or AODDriver4.01) remains a problem, open Device Manager, select the "View" item. Then select "Show hidden devices" and scroll down to the Non-Plug and Play Drivers section.
Locate the AODDriver entry, right click on it and select "Uninstall". Reboot for changes to take affect. Sometimes the driver remains and continues to cause BSOD's.

You should also update ATI drivers to their latest:

iiits working! iiiittttts woooorkkkingg! (not sure anyone will get this reference... does not translate to text very well)

So i admit i did skip a few steps seeing as i had taken steps sort of similar the night previous before the response... What i did:

uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers while in diagnostic mode with windows installer enabled
ran full bitdefender rescue disc scan
    uninstalled bitdefender
    uninstalled gpu tuner
installed Malware Bytes (MSE already installed)
    ran Memtest86
tested a different hd with a different installation (worked fine)
screwed with AMD drivers with revo installer
screwed with lan drivers with revo installer and ran ccleaner (saw significant increase in time before blue screen... 2-3 minutes)
    sfc /scannow (no problems detected)
    check disk

When i ran check disk it scheduled it for the next time i would shutdown (i did so immediately) and while running it BSOD'd on me and actually gave me some info "driver_power_state_failure". This lead me to google which led me to Microsoft which told me exactly the same amount of info i already knew... being that it was either the data on the disk or the disk itself.

so i plugged the disk into a different PC of my own as an auxiliary disk and ran checkdisk overnight and low and behold "Some problems were found and fixed" (see attached for screenshots). I plugged it in and now it boots without blue screen!!! only problem is networking still does not work so i still cannot recover those licenses... but i think i can prolly fix that soon enough. once thats done i think i'll format and start anew since i do not fully trust that check disk fixed the problem.

I imagine that the drive was corrupted where the lan drivers where installed or something i am not sure....

But any ways THANK YOU for the much needed help, i truly learned some stuff at the expense of about 7 hours.

But for another question, does anyone have a clue as to a probable cause or should i just tell my buddy the general spiel??
