Crashing 10 times a day, while on idle

    Hi,

I have a very sever problem with my computer, because everytime I'm web browsing, or just listening to music or not even touching it, it crashes constantly. This rarely happens while playing games or using high performance programs. The computer used to give a bsod, until some weeks ago, when it continued crashing but, wouldn't show nothing. I've already cleaned the pc, formatted the drive (altough it was a month ago when it started doing this), I uninstalled deamon tools, because of the known problems that it has.
On a last note, this computer since I've got it, some times freezes the screen, then recovering, I've already taken it to repair because of this, to which they told me it was a known conflict on amd graphics cards, and it was unsolvable.
If someone could help me I would be very grateful :)

    Thank you !

Check to see if there's an update for your ATI Radeon HD 5700 video hardware. The drivers you have loaded now may not be compatible with Windows updates.

    Code:

    Unknown bugcheck code (a0000001)

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmdag.sys, Win32 error 0n2

The dump is an old one.

I don't read Portuguese so it's difficult to make use of the MSInfo and your logs.

I would suggest you run SFC /scannow in an elevated command prompt just to make sure your system files are intact. If you get any errors, run it up to two more times and report back.

Also, run Memtest86+ to test your memory module(s). It best to run this over night for at least seven passes.

Sorry about the system being in portuguese, if you want me to translate something I will gladly do it.
Im going to do both tests in a while, and I will report them as soon as I finish them :)

I've ran both tests, and they came out clean, none had errors, I ran the memtest for 9 passes, since I did it overnight
