Do you have any file cleaners or disk cleanups scheduled to run? These may delete any saved .dmp files.

Could you please post a screenshot of this directory -

    Code:
    %systemroot%\Minidump
You may try following these steps - BSODs but no Dump Files?

Please make sure you don't run Ccleaner. It will remove the dump files.

I don't have any scheduled scans, and the dump folder is empty. I read that post you linked and set the custom page file to the recommended setting instead of the system managed setting.

Your BSOD shot showed it was creating the file. Please check you have the system set as in the snip below.
Also make sure you are showing hidden files. Hidden Files and Folders - Show or Hide

Yes I have my system set the same as that screenshot, and I do have folder options set to show hidden files/folders.

Have you tried to run any virus/malware scans?
Where did your copy of w7 come from?

I run quick scans with MSE every couple of weeks, and I ran the full scan with malwarebytes as you suggested. I bought a fresh copy of win7 off newegg about 1-2 years ago.

It's odd there's no dumps, if you want...

    Please download AdwCleaner:
    http://general-changelog-team.fr/fr/downloads/finish/20-outils-de-xplode/2-adwcleaner
    Save to the desktop.

    Close all open programs.
To run the program, right-click AdwCleaner.exe and select: Run as Administrator

Click on Search and confirm the prompt. Do not Delete at this time.
After the program finishes, a text file report opens.
Please post the content of the C:\AdwCleaner[Rx].txt in your reply.

    I would also suggest:

Scan for any missing, modified or corrupted protected Windows files with:
