    My actions:
I checked the memory and it should be fine.
I format and install new windows 7 Pro.
I used the Symantec removal tool.
I update the Intel RAID Controller driver and that elminate the 7E BSOD, still the D1 alive though!
Checkup disk and defgramentation are done.
The BS C also happend when running in safemode
The D1 error came alive when I install a driver for SM controller, when uninstalling it , it back to the e7 code error

The Intel Rapid Storage driver is very problematic, please remove the driver completely, and then reboot your system to allow Windows to automatically configure it's own drivers.

    Install Service Pack 1:

    Code:
    Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 6.1.7600 N/A Build 7600

Service Pack 1 has provided many security and stability updates for Windows 7, which would be highly beneficial for your system.

You may also want to check for any additional Important and Recommend Windows Updates, which also will improve performance, stability and most importantly the security of your system:
    1. Start
    2. Type: Windows Update
    3. Install Updates/Check for Updates
    4. Reboot (if prompted)

    Thanks for your reply.
Well , I`m updating to the service pack 1 right now, but for the Intel Storage controller , I tried to uninstall it before from the device manager /under the storage controller and it crashed with the blue screen and couldn`t br\e able to boot it again as it won`t let me start the windows!
I had to re install windows 7 and it always can`t find the disk drivers! I have to put the Intel RAID Driver in a thumb drive and point to it then I can see the disk drives .

    Run the tool below

    Click on Download Now button

When the download is complete . Drag the DDS program from the Downloads folder to your Desktop

Double click the DDS icon on the Desktop to run the tool.

Place a check next to attact.txt and click Start . When done, DDS will open two logs
    DDS.txt
    Attach.txt

Save two logs onto your desktop and upload them with your reply

    Don't zip the Attach.txt file
