BSOD playing Ragnarok 2, error 1000008e

Hello everyone, been having this issues for a long time. Though I've recently been trying to pinpoint exactly what's going wrong since I really like this computer and want to play more Steam. Sometimes when I'm watching a video, for example, it'll stall and the BSOD pops up but restarts so quickly, I don't have time to see what the code was. Other times, it'll just stop mid-game, flash on screen, restart etc.

Now, this is one BSOD I get, I also get another one citing "IRQL equal not equal", but if anything, any help is appreciated.

Some comp specs:
OS: Win 7 Home Pre
Age: About 3-4 years old
Legit: Installed OS once on this comp only

Apparently it is avast! Virtualization Driver that is causing the BSOD there.
Code:
addcd22c 94412a95Unable to load image \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\aswSnx.SYS, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for aswSnx.SYS
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for aswSnx.SYS
 aswSnx+0x8a95]
Description here: Driver Reference Table - aswSnx.SYS

Uninstall Avast using Avast Uninstall Utility. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.
  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept then restart.
Let us know the results.

So, I came around to buying a bigger case (No cable management/cramped in old case) and a better power supply. (Previous one was only 400w. New one is 750w). I was attempting to run a benchmark test, just a regular one and it was going through the 3D arts and then it BSd with "MEMORY MANAGEMENT" in caps. Any help with this is much appreciated!

Here are my files!

Update!!!!!!!

I know it's been a while but I've been hard at work trying to fix this problem.

WELP, I did. I wiped the HDD, built a new rig and re-installed W7.
The last processor I was running was an AMD, this is an i3.

So this problem has been officially solved!

But much thanks to the lovely guys that helped me out so that I know what NOT to do in the future.
