You told that you have uninstalled MagicISO? See what I have found in your todays upload.

ITEM VALUE
Name MagicISO SCSI Host Controller
Manufacturer MagicISO, Inc.
Status OK
PNP Device ID ROOT\SCSIADAPTER\0000
Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\mcdbus.sys (2.7.106.519, 249.56 KB (255,552 bytes), 3/18/2012 12:44 AM)

I think you need to go far a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 at first .... before any other troubleshooting.

what?!? How is that possible? I deleted all the registries and uninstalled from add/remove programs. I was thinking the same thing of just doing a clean reinstall. Thanks anyway Arc!

*edit: I just realized I only deleted mcdbus.sys from C:\Windows\Syswow64\drivers and forgot to delete from C:\Windows\system32\
