desperate need of getting my computer fixed

This is my old thread regarding my problem but I was not able to fix it: Crash error, dump inside.

My problem is that my computer freezes everyday. Sometimes it just freezes, sometimes the screen randomly goes completely white and freezes, and blue screen of death happened once.

I really would like to get this problem addressed with the help from the expert here. We can start from the beginning please tell me what program to use to generate a report on my problem and we will go from there.

Thank you, really appreciate this and I will donate 100$ to the person that can help me fix this if you want. Just really desperate at this point.

Lets see what is running on your PC first

Click on Download Now button

When the download is complete . Drag the DDS program from the Downloads folder to your Desktop

Double click the DDS icon on the Desktop then click the Run button to run the tool.

Place a check next to attact.txt and click Start . When done, DDS will open two logs
DDS.txt
Attach.txt

Save two logs onto your desktop and upload them with your reply

Don't zip the Attach.txt

Not seeing anything that will cause a freeze from those logs .

I recommend not using any registry cleaner software .

Try to update the Nvidia drivers

NVIDIA - Download Drivers

Click on the Agree & Download button

Those drivers been Released on 2013.05.23

You could also try chkdsk

Open up an Elevated Command Prompt. Click on inside type CMD . Right click on CMD under Programs (1) choose . On the User Access Control window click on the Yes button . Command Prompt opens up to C:\Windows\System32>_

Type in this command

chkdsk /F /R
press [Enter]

It will ask you do you want to schedule on a restart press the Y key and press [ENTER] then restart manually .

You're done with that run a SFC /scannow from an elevated command prompt .

If it locates any corrupted files upload the log file

Log file location : C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
