Bad Pool Header BSOD using shockwave flash player in Chrome

Hi here
I keep getting a BSOD that I originally thought was down to Shockwave flash player trying to run twice, once in the browser and once from the computer. Disabled one, but I keep getting the BSOD. I've updated all drivers I can think of as being relevant, but no luck.
Hardware is around two years old, and this only happens when watching videos or playing flash games.
Any help would be great.
Thanks
Matt

They do not cause blue screens on the system as other AV products do.

What's the consensus on Adobe Flash Player and Shockwave
I seem to be having problems with Flash Player ... and it just doesn't 'feel' right but I can't quite put my finger on a problem as such (it does tend to stop working). So I'm wondering what your view of both Flash Player and Shockwave are.

How to update adobe flash & shockwave player?
The obvious thing to do is to uninstall both programs and then re-install them so you have the most up-to-date versions but I'm wondering if there was any other way to get the most up-to-date versions i.e. using a command. Running W7 64bit btw
