Okay thanks, and I would start running some hard drive tests as soon as possible. There seems to be quite a few function calls related to disk management etc.

Code:
0: kd> lmvm iusb3xhc
start end module name
fffff880`05f06000 fffff880`05fcb000 iusb3xhc T (no symbols)

Your Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver seems to be a possible cause, please update the driver from here - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx

Did you update it through Windows Updates? There were a few reports last week about a few Windows Updates causing BSODs, which were meant to have been pulled down by Microsoft.

What were the results of the hard drive diagnostics?
