Hello Aadib.

Apparently your BSOD is caused as a combined result of NteWorx and Quick Heal.

I would suggest you to uninstall Both the programs. NetWorx is often problematic, and QuickHeal is a Crap. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

The Name PdaNet Broadband Adapter driver is old, too.

Update it from June Fabrics PDA Technology Group

If you Keep QuickHeal there, you will not get the desired results.

My supervisor uses QuickHeal in his office computer. He scolds me every time for carrying virus infected pen driver whereas I am sure that those are not. So one day I took a brand new pen drive, broken the seal and attached that to his computer.

QuickHeal caught virus there, too.

MSE or Avast are free, but works 1000 times better than QuickHeal, in all respects.

Thanks,
But I am using Quick Heal for more than last 1 year, there is no problem.
I also used MSE and Avast (Free as well as Pro) but I think they are not so much strong as QH.
I will again planning to move to Avast.
Thanks again.
