Window start up failure and blue screen

My PC keep having start up problem (cannot reach win logo). Also blue screen error keep happening after a while when the PC is in use. I attached the recent dumps file in the post. Please explain the problems in my PC and the solution.

Blue Screen - Driver Power State Failure
