Do you have "Picasa" running while booting down?

EDIT:
When you replaced the HDD with a new one, did you do a clean install or just duplicated the old one?

Looking at your dump files it appears to be caused by your Ximeta NDAS Software for Windows drivers:

YoYo155, Yes I have Picasa ruuning at the time of booting down. My data drive crashed and I replaced it with a new one. Fortunately I have data backed up so restoring the data was not an issue (after burnt couple of times you learn. )

Dsprague, I will update the drivers as suggested by and about to be suggested by YoYo155. Thank you for your prompt response. Will report back after the driver upgrade.

If updating the drivers doesn't cut it try killing Picasa before you shut-down.

I had trouble installing the drivers. The unzip complained about failing CRC check. Since I have only one computer, I don't need NDAS so I unstalled the software and now BSOD disappeared. I even tested with Picasa running and still no issues. I am curious what is the issue with Picasa. I will mark this solved never the less. Thank you very much for your quick and accurate diagnosis. Much appreciated.

With best regards,
Sury
