My Computer Shutdowns when in hibernation error 0x09f
Hello everyone,
This is my first post on this forum, but from google searches that i have done in the past I have learned a lot from this forum, and it has helped me out many times before. Well I have come across an issue that I can't seem to fix on my own and I am really hoping that someone here can assist me further...
Okay here is the situation, a few weeks ago I reformatted my HP Pavilion DV7 Laptop and brought it back to "its factory settings" using HP Support Assistant software.
After my laptop was reset back to its factory settings I started to reinstall all of the software that I had on the laptop before I reformatted.
So what I started noticing is that when I would let my laptop go into hibernation, I would come back to find that it had shut off on its own. When I would boot my computer back up, I would sometimes get this error blue screens that really freaked me out, or I would get an error message upon start up.
Well this is all very weird to me because before the reformat I had never, not once, ever received a Blue Screen Error (BSOD). This is all happening to me after the reformat, which i think is really weird...
So since I started getting these errors I have done lots of research on this problem but I can't seem to find a solution to my issue since BSOD errors seem to be very specific problems, and there does not seem to be a generic answer to fix BSOD problems.
One thing I learned from my research is to use "WHOCRASHED" which is a great app which will read your memory dump file and find out what caused the crash and tell you what exactly happend.
Here is my error output:
The top is the error report I get from Windows 7 upon start up, and the bottom is the output from (whocrashed)

I am really hoping that someone can look at this report and tell me exactly what is going on, because I am not sure about things like "ntkrnlmp.exe" or what to do next...
I believe all of my drivers are up to date, I constantly run "windows update" the OS should be up to date, and I have done things like defrag hard drive, and I did memory checks, and everything came back fine.
From the research I have done i have learned about "hotfixes". I have read that sometimes these BSOD errors can be fixed by "hotfixes" from Microsoft but I am not sure about how to get a "hotfix" or how to request a "hotfix". I am not even sure that a "hotfix" will fix my problem, I am just really throwing out ideas.
If anyone here can help me solve this problem I would really appreciate the assistance. I love my laptop and I really want to get it running at its full potential. Any help would be greatly appreciated...
Oh I have included the file C:\Windows\Minidump\061413-25022-01.dmp in a zip format just in case someone needs to look at it to help fix this problem I am having
I thank you all for your time and your assistance...
