BSOD playing league of legends error id 1033

Hello, I seem to get the black screen constantly when trying to play the game: League of Legends. Things I've tried are drive sweeper and reinstalling the drivers, memtest86, changing the in game settings (graphics) to low whereever possible. I've been checking my gpu temperatures also, but they are around the 50's and dont go above 60. So i suspect the GPU isnt overheating. In my event viewer there are the errors:

"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e (0xffffffffc0000094, 0xfffff88004adfe8a, 0xfffff88002378e98, 0xfffff880023786f0). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 061613-26364-01."
(Should i upload this file?)
and
"The previous system shutdown at 11:37:28 AM on ‎6/‎16/‎2013 was unexpected."

Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

There is some key function calls displayed within the raw stack for the thread, we can clearly see that the graphics card entered a hung state, and the graphics card driver attempted to reset the graphics card and recover from this hang.

Have you managed to update the graphics card drivers?

Have you checked inside the case for any accumulation of dust? Remove the side panel when running the test to see if it makes any difference. Do you have a spare or onboard graphics card?

I did not get the driver to install, because when I went to ATI the current driver for my gpu was the 13.1 CCC. When I attempted to download the beta driver, it actually didnt install any driver. This is a laptop BTW, and I have dusted out the inside of it.
I dont understand why it restarts Q.Q because my GPU isnt having a difficult time

What is the GPU temperature when playing games?

You most likely have a bad graphics card.

Yes, I agree with you, my temp during play is around 60-70 and max maybe 73~. Also, ive underclocked my pc using msi afterburer setting my core clock (MHz) to 301, and increasing memory clock (MHz) in increments of 50 starting from 450 to 550. In each increment I've successfully played one entire match with no crash, so its been around 4 matches in a row (each around 20-30 minutes long) without any crash. I suspect that the core clock might have something to do with the issue. So, I guess I've found a temporary solution...

But cannot replace graphics due to laptop... D:

60-70*C is quite good for a laptop, and I guess it's most likely a graphics card chip rather than a actual card. What graphics card do you have?
