BSOD Seems completely random, Maybe bad MOBO?

We have been trying to figure out why my computer keeps BSODing. (Sometimes the entire computer just locks up and doesn't do anything at all) We have done a complete reinstall of windows and programs, and have run mem tests on all the RAM. The mem test came back bad with all four, but good with each one individually, which caused us to believe it is a bad socket. We've narrowed it down to the fourth socket, and tried running that socket empty, but we are still BSODing. Here's the info I have:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: d1
    BCP1: 0000000000000034
    BCP2: 0000000000000002
    BCP3: 0000000000000001
    BCP4: FFFFF880016458C3
    OS Version: 6_1_7600
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\061613-11949-01.dmp
    D:\Users\Kami\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-16426-0.sysdata.xml

    3.
    4. With testing, we are showing the 4th socket to have errors, with the results over 100.
    5.
    6. With the reinstall of windows this weekend, Windows Updater hasn't completed yet, SP1 is being installed now.

    Need to check:
    Adobe
    Realtek
    SSD
