BSOD computer restarts when I leave it downloading stuff

Hello, I hope someone can help me, today the computer restarted 2 times, an error "windows recover from an unexpected error..." appeares at restart. It said it recover from a BSOD, I didnīt copy the error code
Both times, I left the computer on, and it restarts from the crash, but it crashes when Iīm not using it, it was just on downloading some stuff and mostly internet explorer open.

My computer is an old AMD Athlon 64 X2, 2 gigs ram, old 250gb hard drive. biostar mobo. Have been working great till today!

Any help pointing me in the reason for the BSOD will be great! Í have one cheap pci Usb ports card, and a pci sound card (rocketfish) and An Nvidia gforce 7950 gt video card

Thanks!!!!
