sudden BSOD twice or three times daily

I have had win7 rc 64bit installed scince release. my computer has worked like a dream scince..... except until like a few weeks ago. i get BSOD two or three times with reboot and diskcheck etc etc. also random explorer failures. i have attempted to update all applicable drivers for my system and the problem wont go away. I am kinda new to this sort of thing and fairly new at building my own system. PLEASE HELP!( i dont want to shoot my pc)

    James

Can you go into c:\windows\minidump, zip the dump file (*.dmp) and upload it to us to debug.

Let us know if you need help with any of that
