BSOD Worried My Laptop Is About To Pack Up, Need Help

    Hello everyone,
I hope someone can help me as I am really worried my Laptop is about to pack.
I am starting to get frequent blue screens and don't know where to turn for help.
I'm disabled and my laptop is my life, as it is my way of keeping in touch with people and keeping a hand in reality.
Over the last couple of weeks I am getting BSOD screens come up, there doesn't seem to be any pattern to it.
The laptop give a blue screen whether it is charging or not, it doesn't appear to get exceptionally hot, I haven't installed any new hardware.
Googling information I have run a memtest and a windows memory check and hard drive check.
I have allsorts of virus checkers, malware, firewall and computer analyse programmes on it and they don't come up with anything.
I download a blue screen information programme which records the blue screen details, but I just can't get any further.
I don't know what else to do and really am in need of some help, before my Computer crashes out together as I am worried that either the processor or motherboard is backing up.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
Here is a copy of the last four blue screens that I have had.

Please follow the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

IMO this looks like a software based problem. There are two types of crashes: double free (Sftfslh.sys+b2628) and null pointer dereference (tcpip.sys+43a00).

    Hi Muhahaa,
what does this all mean, as I am a bit confused by all the information that the blue screen brings up.
    It looks gibberish to me.
How can I determine what the problem is?
