bsod ntoskrnl.exe windows 7 64 bit

Hello!
Lately for 2 days my computer has been having the BSOD saying "ntoskrnl.exe"
It happens completely randomly.
It can be me watching a youtube video, or it can be me playing Garrysmod (On lowest settings)
I did a chkdsk /f (and then it asked me to run it when the system restores so I did and it detected no bad files)
I did a system restore before my computer has been making these errors and so far as of 20 minutes, it's still bad. It's slower, it "lags" (I was listening to music via itunes and then it started skipping for a mid-second) and some files are corrupted (such as Chrome)
And seeing how I did a system restore, the .dmp files are now gone so I cannot upload,
What are the possibilities of what's causing this?
