BSOD only when shutting down 9F D_P_S_F

I'm new here and hoping i'm doing this right. My apologies if not... Anyways, I have a custom build that I basically parted and rebuilt with a new MB from a different MFR. Basically the only thing that changed was MB and PSU. Both of which were Brand New. I keep getting BSOD on shutdown. The computer hangs for almost 10 minutes and then blue screen and restart. There doesn't seem to be any problems other than that. The BIOS settings are all default, and I have Driver Max to update all the drivers. Any help is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. It's driving me nuts. Pretty sure the dump files are attatched. if any other info is needed let me know.

Hello BoulderDash.

Apparently the BSODs are caused by Synaptics SMBus Driver.
Code:
 [ 16, 0] 0 0 fffffa800d4eea10 00000000 fffff88000d5a57c-fffff88000d5a3c4

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for Smb_driver_Intel.sys

            Args: 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000
But the driver is latest.
Code:
fffff880`057bb000 fffff880`057c8000 Smb_driver_Intel T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: Smb_driver_Intel.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\Smb_driver_Intel.sys
    Image name: Smb_driver_Intel.sys

    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
So the driver itself is not the cause of the failure. Then what is making it fail?
Code:
Device object (fffffa8010763c70) is for:

Device queue is not busy.
It is Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI), which is related with device configuration and power management.

A Desktop computer never needs to be put in sleep/hibernate. This mechanism is important, but for portable computers like notebook laptop etc which run on battery power. I would suggest you to disable sleep.

Click on Start > Control Panel > Power options.
On your existing power plan, click on Change Plan Settings.
Attachment 273523

Now Put the computer to sleep : Never and save changes.
Attachment 273524

Let us know how it is working.

Hey ARC,
Thanks for the quick reply. I've tried those settings and I'm still getting the same BSOD and restart. I'll load todays dump file if it will help.

Here's the capture. Should I be leaving the display option at 10 minutes?

Let me know some more info? Yours a desktop PC, is it right? And what is the function of Synaptics SMbus touchpad there?

And, how the device is attached with your computer?

It's a desktop, but I don't have a touchpad. I'm not sure how that even got on here. It never registered that is what synaptics was for. Can I get rid of it in the control panel?

If the device is known, then it can be disabled in device manager. But as it is self assembled, I guess you know the hardware and drivers you assembled?

If you are not sure, a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 will be a good point to start troubleshooting for it, IMHO.
