I think this may be a old dump file,

Code:
BugCheck D5, {fffff98031850f10, 1, fffff88006e0314a, 0}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for HD-Hypervisor-amd64.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for HD-Hypervisor-amd64.sys

Could not read faulting driver name
Probably caused by : HD-Hypervisor-amd64.sys ( HD_Hypervisor_amd64+314a )
Since, BlueStack is to the latest version and still causing crashes, then I would recommend removing the program completely with Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs easily, Forced Uninstall, Leftovers Uninstaller

I strongly suggest removing PC Health Advisor, it will cause more problems and report false errors.
