Anyways, I'm still having difficult interpreting what to find because I don't really see any 'peaks' that stand out that I can discern are the 'bzzt' sounds. I would need to dive further to get some correlation. Being able to have an exact number of 'bzzt' sounds would greatly help. If need be, make another log recording very few of the sounds. Even one will suffice if you can tell me that's all that's present in the log. There's just a lot of noise (punny) to clean out and this particular scenario isn't as obvious as others I've dealt with.
There was roughly 3 occurrences, i haven't really noticed it with another player though, but im going to run the recorder again during installations/uninstall.

May I suggest using a different pair of speakers, or headphones?
Perhaps the reason it's not in the video logs is because it's an output issue and not an input one?

Worth a try, but ever since i started using a different player i haven't heard it, well not during any recording so far.

Well... it went and crashed had to hard reset it since i couldn't do anything, i'm thinking it might be due to the hard drive since i was installing Steam games at the time but that's my guess..
UPDATE: I took out the 16 GB of corsair RAM and seated my old 4 GB and doing a mass install to replicate it

It may just be a design flaw in Media Player (WMP isn't exactly the finest media solution out there). I noticed that your system was doing some hard drive I/O peaks during the installation, and that would interfere with audio as it prioritizes the drive I/O over the audio. I will check further to see if there's an actual issue with your drive. As for you, I recommend doing the following just in case:

Drives: Seatools - All basic tests aside from the Fix all, Long generic or the advanced ones. Also provide us a screenshot of CrystalDiskInfo output. Also notify us if the drive tests run abnormally long (like over 5 minutes for the Short DST and over 10 for Short Generic).

TBH, I'm more worried about the spontaneous crashing, which is more an indicator to a drive problem then the "bzzt" sound. A drive problem still could manifest as such, as if there are drive issues, drive I/O would be more intense to compensate, affecting other things the PC is doing (like audio).

I don't know how pronounced the "Bzzt" sound is, but there is also the possibility you're just hearing interference from the drive while it is working which would affect the audio because the soundcard/controller is not shielded. This happens on just about any PC and is quite audible with the volume turned up and listening without any music/sounds playing. To remedy this you would need a higher quality dedicated soundcard that comes with a covering over it.

The Sea Tools Ran pretty quick
After the test:

The Fix all doesn't work for me as it says "Only Seagate or Maxtor Drives"

Short Generic didn't take long but Long Generic is taking quite a bit longer

Ok, it all looks clean on that end but again that only tests reading capabilities and SMART reporting. Again, I'll take a look at the log again to see if I find anything unusual.

Btw, when you say something "crashed" and yet it's frozen, can you explain in detail what you mean? Did the application crash or Windows? Did it crash (BSOD) or did it freeze up? If frozen, did it become progressively more unresponsive or just locked up? Was the mouse movable? Stuff like that will help me ascertain what we might be dealing with. Also if you can give us a BSOD report even if you didn't have a BSOD it'll give us a good foundation of info to work with.

It just froze, well pretty much hard locked everything so i couldn't use CTRL-ALT-DEL, the only choice was to do a hard reset.
Once it turns back on it leads me to a screen saying that Windows was not shutdown correctly, Safe mode etc.
