This is the Crystal Disk Info Screenshot :
    Attachment 274202
    Attachment 274203

For HD Test I used SeaTools using Fix All and passed successfully.

Disk Check on windows I used chkdsk /r on command prompt and no error found.

For Startup I don't try because I don't know how BSOD happen, it just happened randomly, sometimes no BSOD, sometimes just idle then BSOD appear.

Info for the last BSOD, before BSOD happened, my second HDD (2nd screenshot) missing on my computer, after that BSOD happened.

F4 is a Hard drive/storage related crash. How old are the hard drives?
Please keep a back up of your files as the hard drive may fail any time.

Ps: it is the same F4 bugcheck.

hard drives already 3 years old. I know that the last 2 BSOD was caused by hard drives, but is all of the BSOD was caused by hard drives too?
And the strange thing is the hard drives which missing is healthy by crystal info, and the bad sector hard drive is never missing.

Okay, few more steps for you:

    Start up
Keep less stuff at the start-up. Only anti-virus, this helps avoid driver conflicts and improves time to log in to windows.
Troubleshoot a Problem by Performing a Clean Startup in Windows 7 or Vista
How to Change, Add, or Remove Startup Programs in Windows 7

    Heat:
-Only use the laptop on a hard surface with nothing blocking any of the vents.
-Use a laptop cooling pad if possible
-Blow out all vents with canned air (DO NOT use a vacuum cleaner or an air compressor, they can damage the components).
-Ensure that the fan comes on and is blowing air out of the vent (may not happen at startup, but should happen after using it for a while).

    System Temperature

Ensure that there are no heat issues, For monitoring heat of the system use Speccy or HWMonitor

    Memtest86+
Run Memtest86+ for at least 8-10 passes. It may take up to 20 passes to find problems. Make sure to run it once after the system has been on for a few hours and is warm, and then also run it again when the system has been off for a few hours and is cold. How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+

       Note
Pay close attention to part 3 of the tutorial in order to rule the faulty RAM stick out.

       Tip
    Do this test overnight.

question for startup, it boot fine, but how long to test if my system stable? because BSOD happen so random.

As a matter of heat, i always check for temperature with HWMonitor, it never go overheat, and BSOD sometimes happen even when idle, so I don't think it is because of the heat.

Memtest86+ already run 10 passes with no error.

Virus check : I use Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 with updated database, do i still need to use windows defender?

And my question : this morning when my computer start, again my second hard drive (e: and f:) not show up on my computer, only my first hard drive (c: and d:), after restart it just show again. So is this because of hard drives started to fail or sata cable got damaged or motherboard issue?

Hello ror0n. The only thing I can tell at the moment is Crystal Disk info shows a problem with your hard drive. The majority of your BSODs have been hard drive related. It would seem that the hard drive is the issue. Crystal Disk info reports the hard drives SMART test results ( The drive's self diagnostics), So it would seem that the drive itself thinks it has a problem as well as me. The easiest way to test would be to try a clean install on another hard drive, that has been tested and you know is good. That would either confirm or disprove the hard drive being at issue. Other than that, you have tested the ram and run virus scans which show no problem. I think the reasonable expectation at this point would be the Hard drive. I would suggest that you back up all of your personal data as soon as possible to an external hard drive. As a matter of course, that should be a regular routine anyway.
