BSOD & Automatic Shutdowns - Dell E6410 2.5 years old

Over the last few weeks / month. My system has been regularly crashing & shutting down on its own. This happens mostly when I leave my system idle for a few minutes to few hours. Sometime I get to see the BSOD, but usually by the time I get to my system has automatically shut down. When I press the power button, it restarts with the message your system did not shut down properly, do you want to restart in safe mode?

I have attached all the SF Diagnostic files, would appreciate feedback.

Thanks

INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR (a0)
The power policy manager experienced a fatal error.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000009, A fatal error occured while preparing the hibernate file.
Arg2: ffffffffc000009c, Status code
Arg3: 0000000000000001, Mirroring phase
Arg4: 0000000000000000
So it is the cause of your BSOD as it is visible. A fatal error occured while preparing the hibernate file.

And the reason behind it is the small free space in C drive.

ITEMVALUE
Drive C:
Size 120.00 GB (128,849,014,784 bytes)
Free Space 26.62 GB (28,582,150,144 bytes)

hiberfile.sys is a large file ... so the problem is taking place.

Do two things.
  1. First, disable hibernate. Hibernate - Enable or Disable
  2. Next , free up some space in C drive. Hard Disk Space - Free Up and Recover
Let us know the results.
