No, if the battery is 99% it should be fine. I was thinking maybe it was falling below the required volts to maintain the power on.

Video crashed. I attached the error notification capture.
I'm going to turn the laptop ON in the morning with a Clean Startup, only antivirus running.

Run Furmark as recommended here: STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting

When Furmark fails - there are still several possibilities. The most common ones:

    - Faulty Graphics Card
    - Underpowered/Faulty PSU (what is your PSU? Brand? Model?)
    - Faulty RAM (this is unlikely as you say the Prime95 Blend test and Memtest didn't show errors?)
    - Faulty Motherboard (unlikely - as it's been replaced)
    - Faulty CPU (very unlikely - anyway, Prime95 passed)

I rolled back the drivers but it loaded the default VGA drivers. I picked them up manually, it installed drivers from May 12th 2013. The newest installer I have is from May 29th 2013, those are the drivers I had before.

Video crashed again, right after rebooting the laptop.

I ran a System File Checker, verify only though.
    It says:
Windows Resource Protection found integrity violations.

I can't access the log file, it says access denied.

Run sfc /scannow without any switches, reboot.
You'll need to copy the cbs.log to the desktop to access it.

    It says:
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.

Want me to upload the log file?

Personally at this point I would start with a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
