    Random BSOD x109

thanks for the help , this is driving me crazzzy

this is very random and unable to repeat or make happen
have ran all test and diagnostics along with passmark bitprox64
have not been able to throw bsod even with driververifier
virus scans show nada, no rootkits
    have disable VMware
    removed gigabytes software
I was setup on dual boot with windows 8 and on windows 8 I never had a bsod. so that should clear any hardware or memory problem too.
I have done everything I can think up but I just cant get this down to the driver or program that is causing this

    my specs:
    windows 7 x64
    Samsung ssd 120g
    wd 500g 4 partitions

    Reduce items at start up:
Your Antivirus software is basically whats just needed there.

I would recommend you take memtest again.

Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+:
Pay close attention to part 3 of the tutorial "If you have errors"
       Tip
    • Test the RAM with Memtest86+ for at least 7-10 passes. It may take up to 22 passes to find problems. Make sure to run it once after the system has been on for a few hours and is warm, and then also run it again when the system has been off for a few hours and is cold.

    Code:

    CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION (109)
This bugcheck is generated when the kernel detects that critical kernel code or
data have been corrupted. There are generally three causes for a corruption:
    1) A driver has inadvertently or deliberately modified critical kernel code
     or data. See http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/driver/kernel/64bitPatching.mspx
    2) A developer attempted to set a normal kernel breakpoint using a kernel
debugger that was not attached when the system was booted. Normal breakpoints,
"bp", can only be set if the debugger is attached at boot time. Hardware
breakpoints, "ba", can be set at any time.
    3) A hardware corruption occurred, e.g. failing RAM holding kernel code or data.

If you have an SSD, make sure the firmware is up-to-date.
