    BSOD Error Stop: 0x0000001E

    Hi,

Getting this BSOD Stop error Stop: 0x0000001E

No mdp file is generated. Cannot seem to find anything noteworthy in Event Viewer either.

Anyone got any ideas? Generating the mdp file would help

The behaviour right before the error does not seem to be consistent either, sometimes im surfing the web. Othertimes there is virtually only 1 or 2 programs running.

    Thanks

Whatever, post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions. A 0x1E BSOD may be caused by a wide range of reasons, from a device driver to the BIOS. Without seeing the files, nobody can get any idea.

    Have a look.

No code has to be inserted here.

It is extremely shortfall of disc space, and subject to failure. Copy some data externally, make some room there.

Uninstall the VPN services, update the drivers to all your network adapters.

The zip you uploaded does not contain any crash dump.

Follow it: Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD
Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Thanks for the response. I followed step number 2. Since then my system crashed and still not generate the dmp file. I moved some files and now have over 7GB disk space. Is there something else I can do to generate the mdp file?

Get at least 25 GB (10% of the total space) free for the system drive. Copy the data items to an external storage.
