Your install of windows appears to be counterfeit, the product ID matches a Lenovo while you are using a retail ASrock motherboard, this is only possible through an activation exploit.

We do not support piracy on this forum. It is also a futile effort to try and diagnose problems on a counterfeit copy of windows as it is often the activation crack that creates the problems to begin with. Please purchase a legal copy of windows, format your drives and then re-install using the legal copy.
