    It appears that your graphics card drivers are at fault here:

    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *

    *                                                                             *
    *******************************************************************************

    Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

    other thoughts:

    Laptops in particular are very prone to over heating be sure you use them on a hard flat surface, or even better with a cooling pad. You may also want to try and clean the fans out as this particular BSOD can be caused by overheating which can be caused by over heating.
