    Random BSODs... different causes

    Hi all...

Since installing Windows 7 40 days ago, I have had 10 BSODs, at random times (ie: when computer is idle or not). Every time it's a different error.

memtest86, chkdsk, anti-virus, and windows update are all up to date and have reported no errors.

    Relevant Hardware:
    • Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
    • GIGABYTE GA-EP45C-UD3R
    • G.SKILL 4GB DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500)
    • COOLMAX CUG-700B 700W
    • NVidia GeForce 8800 GTS

I have attached 5 of the latest minidump analyses. I am at a loss and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

There may be more than one root cause. The third one is a problem known as "pool corruption". The OS has a mechanism which may catch the culprit (in the future) but it needs to be enabled:

On an elevated (run as admin) CMD prompt: VERIFIER /FLAGS 1 /ALL ... reboot.

Please upload any subsequent minidumps afterwards. (In some ways it's better to upload the minidump itself rather than the textual analysis.)

    Done. Good tip, thanks!

OK will do. I have uploaded the latest minidump file.
