BSOD randomly. I have the .dmp file in skydrive. Any Help?

    Hello everyone! EDIT: ADDED ZIP

I recently built a new computer and changed the motherboard to a MSI g45 and a 4770k. All my other hardware is the same. I never had a BSOD issue with my last computer until I upgraded. (Had a 3570k and a Asus z77-v lx... wanted an i7). Im hoping its a driver issue but unfortunately I dont know how to read the dmp file.

There is no warning and it doesnt seem to happen when playing games. Its random. Usually happens only once a day and Im on the computer quite a bit.

Thanks in advance if anyone can figure out whats causing it!

    EDIT: Added .zip file.
